The implementation and administration of regulations from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services related to Medicare Advantage Organizations and durable medical equipment provider policies regarding the implementation of quality accreditation standards upon providers. HR 616, S 515 - opposing these bills that would exclude pharmacies from Medicare Modernization Act requires all providers to Medicare beneficiaries of DMEPOS products to be accredited by a deemed accrediting organziation for quality and related standards of performance. Opposed including this language in HR 1, the federal "stimulus" bill.
