Supported H.R. 1712/S. 617, the Death Tax Repeal Act, to permanently repeal the estate tax. Supported S.1077 - Permanently Preserving Americas Investment in Manufacturing Act to prevent the business interest deduction cap from changing from 30 percent of EBITDA. Lobbied against altering or repealing stepped-up basis for family-owned companies.
