Pursuing a "reserve fund" to that end. Promote REAP funding and reserve through annual appropriations and marker legislation such as that just introduced in the House and Senate, e.g., REAP Improvement Act of 2021 and "Build Back Better" legislation pending in the House and Senate.

General support for wind power budget and specifically distributed wind power budget in annual appropriations process and legislation (energy and agriculture subcommittees primarily as noted for USDA REAP). Promoting other legislative and regulatory ideas that would help incentivize the deployment of distributed wind in America. Support onshore wind domestic manufacturing incentives in S. 2909, and "Build Back Better" legislation. Support Investment Tax Credit (ITC) extension, at full rate, in the same legislation, for lng-term period, with no cap on the amount of megawatts.
