Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy: Using oxygen as a drug to heal many human conditions, both for the already listed FDA-approved indications, and for use by injured war veterans who are committing suicide, because of current ineffective treatments, at the rate of 22 per day. IHMF's work has demonstrated that the treatment is effective, and it is cost effective, and should begin to to implemented to improve readiness in the Armed Forces and mitigate the uncontrolled mandatory spending in these populations.
