We are currently trying to get enabling space settlement added to NASA's charter, the Office of Space Commerce Charter, and the Office of Commercial Space Transportation's charter. S.584 was influenced to include this language for NASA. We are also trying to encourage the creation of a Space Development Report, through appropriations report language. Finally, we are trying to encourage Congress to encourage federal action to lower space launch costs. We are also trying to encourage programs aimed at developing Space Solar Power
