Met with various DoD offices regarding our company as well. See addendum for more information on this topic. We let Congressman Frelinhuysen's office know of our support for FY 2010 funding for missile defense radars. The FY10 DoD Budget Overview for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) called for increased acquisition of THAAD batteries, increased acquisition of transportable AN/TPY-2 radars, and the strengthening and revitalization of the missile defense test program, the MDA did not include an FY10 funding request for the AN/TPY-2 radars necessary to provide this critical capability. We asked his office that the FY10 funding request for the AN/TPY-2 radar be added.
