Monitoring any legislative proposals to extend the moratorium on new industrial bank applications in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act which expired in July 2013. Hearings on any reform or [possible change to section 13 of the Bank Holding Company Act as enacted by section 619 of the DFA (commonly referred to as the"Volcker Rule"). Seeking congressional help in ending the de facto moratorium on new state chartered, FDIC-insured, banks.
