HR 5747 - "To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to include certain over-the-counter dietary supplement products as qualified medical expenses." Support legislation that would make diapers FSA/HSA eligible including HR 7585, HR 259, S. 304 and infant diaper's -- HR 4902 and S. 3660.
