Support for shared decision making, care planning and services, and primary care quality measures for Medicare beneficiaries with cognition concerns and their doctors, omitted in the CHANGE Act of 2023 (HR 4752/S 2379) and American Medical Innovation and Investment Act of 2024, HR 8816.
