S. 2671, the "DISCLOSE Act of 2021," legislation to amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to provide for additional disclosure requirements for corporations, labor organizations, Super PACs and other entities; Title II provisions that would dissuade citizens from contributing to issue advocacy groups that seek to inform the public of the activities of elected officials. General education concerning the inability of the Treasury Department to protect confidential taxpayer information.
