Assist Client with Congress and with Department of the Interior (DOI) regarding ranch management issues within Pt. Reyes National Seashore including those related to an Amendment to the General Management Plan (GMP) for the Pt. Reyes National Seashore and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) addressing lands currently leased for ranching in Pt. Reyes National Seashore and in the north district of Golden Gate National Recreation Area. This assistance shall include seeking DOI to direct the National Park Service (NPS) to comply with Secretarial Order No. 3355 (8/31/17) requiring an EIS for infrastructure projects to be prepared within one year from the issuance of a Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare an EIS.
