Perkins Career and Technical Education Act in Fiscal Year 2024 House and Senate Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies appropriations bills; Opposing language previously included in the FY 23 Labor, Healthand Human Services, and Education Appropriations bill that would have opened Perkins funding directly to apprenticeship programs; Responding to the Administration's FY 24 budget request; Supporting a resolutions expressing support for approximately doubling funding for federal career and technical education programs (H.Res. 222).
