Monitor for grants and legislation which could support SAA's infrastructure development, including for a new access road. Monitor legislative developments on i)H.R. 8870, the BUILD America 250 Act, which reauthorizes the nation's surface transportation programs; and ii) H.R. 3754/S. 1966 which establish a new discretionary grant program for improving airport access (including roads). Support SAA's Community Project (CPF) funding project: the Passenger Circulation and Terminal Efficiency Project, by the 2027 Transportation/HUD appropriations bill. Monitor congressional appropriations and policy developments relating to CBP operations at U.S. airports.
