Potential implications to the tree fruit industry in the State of Washington and the Pacific Northwest from actions by the Environmental Protection Agency to develop modifications of that agency's spray drift policies for pesticides applied in agricultural operations and from actions taken by EPA and other Adminstration agencies to develop biological opinions required by the Endangered Species Act. Emphasis was put on the validity and completeness of the science used in those processes
