HR 290 a resolution to ask the Executive Branch to be more assertive with respect to minority religious groups' rights in other countries; this includes atheists. HR 396 a resolution to call upon the powers in Bangladesh to respect minority rights as well as call out atrocities that have taken place since the 1970s as well as the murders of atheist bloggers. Patient's Right to Know Act: proposed legislation that would give patients notice of any procedures or treatment or medication that a health care provider refuses to provide because of the provider's religious or philosophical beliefs.
