H.R.5378 - Lower Costs, More Transparency - Legislation to codify and strengthen hospital price transparency and transparency in coverage regulations; to expand site neutral payments for drug administration services, to require each off-campus outpatient department of a Medicare provider to obtain and include a national provider identifier on billings for claims for service; and to extend funding for Community Health Centers, the National Health Service Corps, and Teaching Health Centers that Operate GME Programs.
