improving the Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) program and other Medicare audit programs including the Medicare Audit Improvement Act; opposition to the Two-Midnight admissions policy; physician payment reform; cuts to providers in the annual budget process; post-acute care payment reform including the Improving Medicare Post-Acute Care Transformation Act and certain reimbursement policies including the face to face requirement and site-neutral payment policies; the Hospital Readmissions Reduction Program including the Establishing Beneficiary Equity in the Hospital Readmissions Program Act; enhanced reimbursement for primary care physicians;and legislative proposals to authorize care for veterans by non-VA health providers; and the Protecting Integrity in Medicare Act.
