Working with Senate and House offices to support report language on the FY 2023 Transportation/Housing Appropriations Bill that would encourage Amtrak to move towards pre-2018 private car & charter train policies. This includes relaxing policies that limit private charter trains to repetitive trips confined to the regular Amtrak route structure. Generally support Amtrak funding and especially its national route structure.
